01 / From their stay to your door
A perk gives a guest a concrete reason to choose your business.
A participating host includes your approved perk in its pack and shares the pack with a guest. They see your business, the offer price and the conditions.
The guest contacts you if a booking is needed. On arrival, your staff check their code and apply the offer before they pay.
Staff record the visit and bill. Your agreed terms determine the fee and which spending qualifies. Proposed host earnings would come from that same referral fee.
02 / Make the numbers work
Say a massage usually costs ₦40,000. Your perk price is ₦35,000. If the guest also buys ₦25,000 of eligible extras, they pay ₦60,000 in total.
Take the agreed referral fee from that payment. The rest goes to your business. You still need to cover the cost of serving the guest.
The proposed model splits this fee between the host and Quest. Agree the rate, which purchases count and any payment processing costs before starting.
Use your actual costs in the example. For a specific offer, talk it through with Quest before agreeing to it.
Your business receives after the referral fee
₦32,200₦35,000 paid by the guest − ₦2,800 total referral feeThe host and Quest share the same referral fee. This split is an example; your charges follow your agreed plan.
Includes the products, supplies and other costs of serving this guest. ₦18,000 is a starting example; update it for the purchase you selected.
This still needs to cover rent and other ongoing expenses before it becomes profit.
Example amounts, not prices or promised results. The guest discount is already included in their payment. Processing costs depend on how the guest pays.
03 / On terms that fit your business
Decide what guests get, what each visit costs you and how many you can welcome.
A price reduction, an extra or a specific experience. State the ordinary and offered price where relevant, minimum spend, first-visit conditions and exclusions.
Agree the total fee and which purchases count towards it. Set the rules for extras, refunds and disputed bills. Any higher rate on extra spending needs your agreement.
Use validity dates and a monthly cap. State any appointment requirements in the terms so guests know what to arrange before they arrive.
