What owners ask before they start.

What kind of business can take part?

Any local business people buy from, in person or online: restaurants, cafés and bars, fashion and beauty brands, salons and spas, gyms and studios, and places to play. Online sellers confirm the code when the order comes in. If there's no sale to confirm, like an app download, talk to us about a brand campaign.

What does it cost?

Nothing to set up and no monthly fee. You pay Quest a fee each time someone uses your perk at your counter, and you agree that fee before anything goes live.

What if too many people come?

You set how many a month, the dates it runs and any minimum spend. Once the monthly limit is reached, no more codes go out until the next month.

What do my staff have to do?

Check a code. They type it in or scan it on a phone, unlock with your staff PIN and tap confirm. We walk your team through it before you go live.

Who gets to offer my perk?

Hangout hosts and local creators, and shortlets or hotels if you want them. You tick who can share it. Ask-first perks wait for your yes to each host and each creator, and you can remove anyone at any time.

Can a creator share my perk without asking me?

No. Creators only see your perk if you've turned Creators on for it, and ask-first perks wait for your yes to each creator. You see which creator sent each customer.

How do I know it's working?

Every use is confirmed at your counter, so nothing is guessed. Each month you see how many people came, and which host or creator sent them.

Do people need to download an app?

No. They open a link, pick your perk and get a code. There's no app to install and no account to create.
