Great hangouts cost money. Right now, most of it is yours.
Drinks, snacks, the space, prizes, printing. Most hosts pay for it themselves or split it with friends.
Yet your hangout has something businesses pay for: people who show up, spend on going out, and come back. Asking a business yourself feels awkward, and it's hard to know what to offer or what to charge. That's the part we do.

03 · HOW IT WORKS
You host. We handle the sponsors.
Approve your sponsors
We bring you each interested business, what they'll bring and what you'll get. Nothing is agreed without your yes.
Host as usual
Products arrive before or on the day. Your sponsors get the mentions you agreed, in your invite and at the hangout.
Get paid
Within 7 days after the hangout, once the mentions are confirmed, we send you your 70%.
04 · OUR PROMISE
Nothing to pay. Nothing to lose.

05 · QUESTIONS
What hosts ask first.
- When do I get the money?
- Within 7 days after the hangout, once your sponsor's mentions are confirmed. Products arrive before or on the day. Need money before the day, for a deposit? Tell us, and we'll look at your hangout.
- How big does my hangout need to be?
- About 20 people or more, and a way to reach them, like an invite list or a group chat. Tell us honestly what you have. Sponsors see the same numbers.
- Does my hangout need to be regular?
- No, but it helps. Businesses like hangouts where the same people come back, because they get to know them. Tell us how often you run yours.
- Is a sponsor guaranteed?
- No. Businesses decide. We'll tell you straight what interest we find, and you choose whether to run it without one.
- What do sponsors get?
- A mention in your invite, a part at your hangout, like a tasting, a game or a perk, and a recap. Only what you've agreed.
- What if my hangout is cancelled, or something I agreed doesn't happen?
- Tell us as early as you can. The sponsor gets their money back or moves to another hangout, so nothing is paid out for that date. If one agreed mention doesn't happen, that part goes back to the sponsor and comes off your share.
- Does it cost me anything?
- No. Hosts never pay Quest.
